Embrace is a collection of nine pieces featuring women of all shapes and sizes. I wanted to create a collection that was a celebration of women’s bodies. A collection that someone could see their body type represented. Women are often very critical of their own bodies but accepting of others. We can see someone else in a bathing suit and praise them and hype them up, yet when it comes to ourselves we don’t usually do the same. As a woman who has been on a journey of body acceptance I found that filling my daily visuals with women who looked like me helped so much! I would see this beautifully curvy woman and celebrate her and in turn I started to celebrate my curves. I wanted to create a collection that would do this for other women as well. A collection that would help women EMBRACE their beautiful bodies.ORIGINAL ARTWORK
